1. Pick-Up Option (Preferred)

We strongly recommend that buyers pick up their puppy in person whenever possible.

Benefits of in-person pickup:

  • Less stress on the puppy

  • Direct meeting with us and your puppy

  • Immediate review of documents and care instructions

Pickup location will be shared once your reservation is confirmed.


2. Shipping Options

If you cannot pick up your puppy in person, we offer safe and professionally arranged shipping.

a. Ground Transport
  • Transportation via trusted pet courier or certified pet transport service.

  • Ideal for shorter distances or regional deliveries.

  • Puppy travels in a climate-controlled vehicle.

  • Delivery date is scheduled with both the buyer and the courier.

b. Air Transport (Available Based on Location)
  • Puppies fly in a climate-controlled pet cabin or cargo area.

  • Only airlines with pet safety programs are used.

  • We follow all airline rules regarding age, weight, and paperwork.

Some destinations may have restrictions due to airline policies, weather, or health requirements.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are not included in the puppy price and must be paid in full before the puppy departs.

Costs may include:

  • Courier or flight ticket

  • Travel crate

  • Health certificates

  • Vaccination documentation

  • Airport handling fees

Exact cost will vary depending on location, distance, and transport method.


4. Preparation Before Shipping

Before your puppy leaves our facility, we provide:

  • Updated vaccination and deworming

  • Veterinary health check

  • Health certificate (if required by your region or carrier)

  • Travel-safe crate (if included in your transport option)

We only ship puppies that are healthy and fit to travel.


5. Buyer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, the buyer must:

  • Provide correct name, phone number, and delivery address

  • Be available at the agreed delivery time

  • Present valid identification if requested

  • Pay all shipping/transport fees before pickup or shipment

Failure to be present at delivery may result in additional courier fees.


6. Delivery Timeline

We do not ship puppies before the appropriate age for their breed and development.

Shipping dates depend on:

  • Puppy age and health

  • Veterinarian clearance

  • Transport availability

  • Airline or courier schedules

  • Weather conditions and safety

We will never ship a puppy if conditions are unsafe.


7. Shipping Risks

Once the puppy is handed over to the airline or professional transport service, we are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays

  • Schedule changes

  • Courier delays

  • Environmental stress during transport

  • Carrier mishandling

We will assist with documentation and communication, but shipping is handled by third-party professionals.


8. Receiving Your Puppy

Upon arrival, the buyer should:

  • Inspect the puppy immediately

  • Review documents and vaccination records

  • Give the puppy water, rest, and a calm environment

  • Schedule a vet check within 72 hours (as required by our health guarantee)

Any concerns must be reported to us within the first 24 hours.


9. No Shipping to Illegal or Restricted Locations

We will not ship puppies to:

  • Countries or regions where importation is restricted

  • P.O. boxes or freight centers

  • Areas without safe transport options

The buyer is responsible for ensuring local legality and compliance with customs and animal import laws.


10. Understanding

Shipping puppies involves living animals, not products. While every step is taken to protect them, unexpected variables may occur. Our priority will always be the puppy’s safety and well-being.
